WASP Limited is a company that has been in operation for over 30 years, formed in 1983 with the aim of providing a professional service in the installation, repair, and maintenance of aluminum, steel, and PVCU windows and doors for the commercial market. We are now a specialist contractor and subcontractor, with a wealth of experience in the industry.

Our Story

Throughout the years, we have worked on some of the most prestigious buildings in the North West, including the Royal Liver Building, the Art Deco Midland Hotel at Morecambe, the Port of Liverpool Building, and the Cunard Building, as well as new build projects. We take pride in our high standards of Health & Safety and are accredited to CHAS, Safecontractor, Contractorplus, and SMAS. All of our site teams are directly employed and qualified to the highest industry level. Our site supervisors, managers, and operatives are all qualified CSCS card holders with PASMA, IPAF, First Aid, SSSTS, Manual Handling, and IOSH Managing Safely for Contract Managers.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to cater to the individual needs of our clients. Our teams specialize in draughtproofing, maintenance, and repair works. From replacing a single door closer to servicing hundreds of windows in a multistorey building, we can provide a comprehensive range of services. This includes sourcing and replacement of special fittings, draughtsealing, and gearing. We also offer regular planned maintenance service checks, tailored to the clients' individual needs.

Installation & Refurbishment

We have the knowledge and ability to help draw up specifications for various requirements and schemes for the supply and installation of aluminum and steel windows, doors, curtainwalling, secondary glazing, and roof glazing. We carry out work for all major main contractors in the North West and offer a full package from working drawings to final installation. Our ability to problem solve, organize, and run major maintenance and refurbishment schemes without a main contractor has been a key factor in our success.

Maintenance

Our maintenance teams are dedicated to providing expert maintenance services to keep your windows and doors running smoothly. We can replace worn-out parts, repair damaged components, and provide regular maintenance checks to ensure the optimal performance of your windows and doors.

Surveys

We conduct detailed surveys of existing windows and submit a report listing details of the conditions of the windows and recommendations on security, weathering, safe operation, and any alterations that may be required. Our surveys can also confirm the availability of replacement parts and list costings for any scheduled repairs. We provide quotations based on the number of windows and the scope of the required report.
