Installation Issues and Poor Customer Service
The reviews highlight several issues with the installation of doors and windows, including poorly implemented installations, unpainted areas, locks incorrectly installed, and minor paint chips. The customers experienced awful attitude, foul language, and finger-pointing from the installers.
