At Calibre Windows & Conservatories Ltd, we have been established since 1998 and have built a reputation as one of the leading manufacturers and installers of PVC-u windows and doors in the West Midlands. Our journey began when our Managing Director, John Goody, identified a need for a more personal and reliable service in the PVC-u industry. This led him to open his own glass factory in 2003, allowing him to take control of the quality and service within the factory, producing a complete product.

Design & Manufacture

At CWC, we manufacture and supply PVC-u windows, doors, and conservatories to regional installers across the West Midlands from our factory in Aston, Birmingham. Our windows are fabricated from white or woodgrain finish, unplasticised polyvinyl chloride (PVC-u) profiles. With experienced fabricators manufacturing windows and doors to your specification, designed for improved security and clean sight lines, with its unobtrusive gasket line and slim profile. The profile design features multiple chambers to enhance thermal efficiency and strength, maximizing thermal performance.

Quality Control

Quality is carefully controlled and monitored throughout the manufacturing process of our window and door systems. We employ 15 staff and offer a five to seven-day delivery time on windows and doors. We have a range of computerised machines to optimise profile and glass to minimise waste and save time. Our factory is equipped to manufacture up to 350 windows a week, giving us the capacity to meet demand.
