Poor Delivery and Customer Service
Several reviewers experienced issues with poor delivery andcustomer service. Siva K. ordered a fixed flat glass rooflight, which started leaking after two years due to a cheap rubber/silicon frame and had trouble getting a response from the company. Carl Swift was annoyed that his items were not shipped when selected during checkout and the returns process was painful. Neil Harris's order was delayed, and they were not contacted until the day of the expected delivery date. Laura Pottle's order was delivered late, and customer service did not follow up as promised. Zafar Abbas had a poor return experience, and the dispute escalated to the point where they were considering taking the company to court.
