Quality and Customer Service Issues
Both reviewers have experienced problems with the quality of the bifold doors manufactured by Pyramid Profiles. The first reviewer, Sam Firth, received a set of doors with poorly fitted profiles and substandard quality, which was not addressed by Pyramid Profiles despite multiple attempts to contact them. The second reviewer, Mark Brookes, received doors with a colour that was significantly different from the specified rosewood colour, which was also not addressed by Pyramid Profiles despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue.
Additional Problems and Complications
The reviewers have also experienced additional problems and complications as a result of Pyramid Profiles' poor customer service. Sam Firth's builder had to fit the doors poorly and without due care, while Mark Brookes' conservatory renovation was delayed by months due to the wrong colour. Both reviewers have had to incur additional costs to resolve the issues, with Sam Firth having to spend a significant amount to reassemble the doors and Mark Brookes having to spend 600 to have the doors resprayed.
