Meet the Team

Our team is the backbone of our business, and we are proud to have some of the most experienced and skilled professionals in the industry. Our management team has over 70 years of combined experience in the glazing industry, and our installation teams are fully employed by us and have many years of experience in the field.

Our Managing Director, Paul Williamson, has over 30 years of experience in the home improvement and financial services industries. He set up his first home improvement company in 1989 and a financial services company in 1999, which he ran until 2011. Paul then joined Anglian selling their conservatory range before joining The Window & Conservatory Centre in 2018.

Our Installation Manager, Helen Smith, has over 30 years of experience in both office administration and accounting. She has worked in window manufacturing, agriculture, and professional services industries and deals with the smooth running of our installations, liaising with our factories across the UK and updating clients as to when their installations will take place.

Our Office Manager, Sue Hill, has over 40 years of experience in office administration within all types of environments such as retail, hospitality, insurance, and construction. She joined The Window & Conservatory Centre in 2016 and deals with clients and supplier queries, as well as liaising with our installation crews to maintain a smooth operation.
