Our Factory

Our factory has been in operation since 1991, and over the years, we have adapted to the changing industry. Despite the limitations of our location behind residential properties in Southport, we have optimized the use of our building. In 2005, we upgraded our machinery to accommodate the manufacturing of internally beaded frames, in addition to our award-winning externally beaded frames. This required significant changes to our factory layout.

Machinery and Equipment

Our machinery and equipment are designed to ensure the highest levels of quality and precision. We have invested in state-of-the-art technology, including a CNC corner cleaner, automatic bead saw line, transom Grover, and single-headed welder. These machines enable us to produce consistently high-quality products, free from human error.

Fabrication and Manufacturing

Our fabrication and manufacturing process is designed to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. We use a combination of traditional craftsmanship and advanced machinery to produce our range of products, including casement windows, vertical/sash shaped windows, front doors, rear doors, shaped doors, composite French patio doors, and bifolding doors.
