I spoke to Phil when ordering, he has expert technical knowledge, and answered my questions thoroughly. The doors and windows i ordered are fantastic, such good quality and were fitted by their own fitters who are very experienced and so the doors and windows are fitted perfectly. Very pleased and Ill recommend this company to anyone in need of windows and doors!

I had been struggling with draughty windows in my Victorian house, so I decided to upgrade to aluminium windows. I came across Bifolding Door Factory and was impressed by their range of Schuco products. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process. I opted for Schuco AWS80SC windows, and the installation was flawless. The new windows have drastically improved my home's insulation, and the sleek design fits perfectly with the house's aesthetic. Couldn't be happier!

First class product and well installed. FENSA inspectors very satisfied by the quality of the doors and the standard to which they were fitted.
There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way with the installation dates. The first attributed to myself being on holiday in the wilds of Scotland with no phone signal & getting the installation date confirmation too late. Staffing issues behind later arrangements.
Still all in all ..........Very satisfied.

We had a good experience with the team. Very patient during the quoting process (as we kept changing our minds). We struggled deciding between the different products on offer and whenever we spoke to someone they were knowledgeable and we never felt we were being upselled like we unfortunately did with some other companies. We eventually went with the decision to go with the smarts visofold 6000 and we are over the moon with them. Really well made doors which are looking forward to making use of! Thank you all.

Our bifolds were installed a couple of years ago and we were starting to have trouble locking the main door. Called the office who advised the doors had likely dropped where the build had started to settle. I had contact a few days later with a proposed service date which we accepted. The doors were adjusted and they are now functionally correctly like new!
