Well they lived up to their name! They came over the day after I rang them to measure up and installed the replacement double glazed window three working days later. It wasn't an urgent repair job - it had been cracked for 5 yrs but I wanted to take advantage of some scaffolding I had up. Speedy and friendly service. UPDATE: Got them back to replace the window in my uPVC french doors and they were equally speedy and good value for money. I'll definitely use them again.

Gulam and his colleague are professional, prompt and responsive. I called for quote first, Gulam provided promptly (reasonable quote, too!) and arrange for visit to measure the windows and replaced the double glazing windows few days later. They wore masks and gloves, took off their shoes - complying with safety during this covid-19 pandemic. Smooth process all the way through.

Seriously, if there were 6 stars, I would. Called and they came round to re-fix something that was resolved in the winter with my balcony door. They wouldn't take anything for coming back. So unusual these days. Brilliant and all sorted once again. Definitely using these guys if I need to.

After Able Group completely let us down by agreeing to repair our broken window and setting a time and then just outright cancelling on us because they didnt have 2 people to spare in our area (NW london) to repair a hinge, I called Fast Repair. Not only did they get out to our place within half an hour of when I called them but they replace the hinge on the window in even shorter time frame, gave me a year's guarantee and charged me much less then what Able were demanding. I highly recommend fast repair and am grateful for their fast and efficient service.
