Services
Double Glazed Unit Replacement
We replace misted or broken double glazed units with energy-efficient sealed units. Our service includes measuring, removing old glass, and installing new units with a 5-year guarantee against misting. We handle clear, frosted, toughened, and laminate glass for UPVC and aluminium windows, ensuring improved insulation and security for residential and commercial properties.
Multipoint Lock Repair
Our technicians diagnose and repair faulty multipoint locking systems on UPVC and composite doors. This includes replacing damaged components, adjusting mechanisms, and installing temporary security measures if required. We carry common lock models for same-day repairs, ensuring homes remain secure while preventing further damage to door alignment systems.
Door Realignment
We correct misaligned UPVC and composite doors through hinge adjustment and toe-and-heeling techniques. This process restores proper lock engagement, prevents premature wear, and extends the lifespan of door mechanisms. Our engineers use specialist tools to safely realign doors without damaging glass panels or frames.
Window Lock Replacement
We repair or replace window locking mechanisms, including espagnolette gearboxes and cockspur handles. Our service addresses both operational issues and security vulnerabilities, using manufacturer-approved parts to ensure smooth functionality and compliance with safety standards for residential properties.
Emergency Lockout Service
Our rapid response team provides emergency access solutions for locked-out situations. Using non-destructive entry techniques, we gain access to properties within an hour while minimising damage to doors and locks. We also offer on-site key cutting and cylinder replacement to restore security immediately.
