Complaints about Customer Service
Salman Bakhshi and Morgan French had a terrible experience with Custom House's customer service. They were informed that the company could not assist with their issues, with Salman being told it would take 12 to 16 weeks to resolve his problem and Morgan being met with a defensive and unhelpful tone.

Disappointing Installations and After-Sales Service
Louise Sugden had a terrible experience with the installation of the doors, which had numerous problems. Matthew Hobbs also experienced issues with condensation in some of the windows installed by the company, but was able to resolve the problem with help from the owner, Nigel.
