Company Performance
The reviewer expresses extreme dissatisfaction with the company's work and customer service. The company took over two months to send someone to take measurements and fit the window, and when the fitter eventually arrived, he was rude and caused extensive damage to the property.
Damages and Inconvenience
The fitter chipped a brand new floor, damaged the picture rail, and broke part of the window frame. He also dumped rubbish in the plant pots and left the bathrooms in a mess without permission. Furthermore, he was shouting and laughing on the phone the whole time, ignoring a family friend's request to move the van.
Lack of Accountability
When the reviewer complained to the owner, Raff, she dismissed their concerns and attempted to blame them for the damage. When they refused to pay the outstanding balance, Raff stormed off and sent a threatening letter.
Poor Quality Work
The fitted window was not installed properly, with the bottom of the window scraping against the frame. The reviewer has to go outside and forcefully lift the window to close it, rendering the window unusable.
