Poor Customer Service Experiences
The reviews highlight two separate incidents where customers received poor service from the company. Rubbish customer service was described by Julia Clarke, who encountered a rude and abrupt individual on reception. Deborah Lewis also had a negative experience, citing Awful Customer Service. She arranged for two separate viewings to replace a double-glazed window, but the company failed to show up on both occasions. Despite this, the company did not inform her of the cancellation, leaving her to waste her time waiting for them.
